I am Grener of Ashira of Neptune, President of Intergalactic Federation; welcome my brothers and sisters of Earth, my brothers and sisters of the stars, fellow Hussians. I come this day you bring you greetings and congratulations and wishes for your New Year, for we mark it with respect, with respect for each of you and for your planet, understand this. Often you may have thought that we speak in riddles, of the fluid nature of time and space and the ability to flow between realities, parallel, to be able to flow between dimensions, and you have perservered, preserved and opened your minds and your hearts to this information. So now this day we come to speak clearly to you of the measurement of time. Understand my friends throughout the universe all things are measured, it is a standard tool that is utilized in different ways. That is why you have been given the terminology of the 13th octave — for it is a measurement of the infinity of God’s love, the movement of grace within and without — it is the measurement beyond measure. The measurement of octave has been used so that you will come to understand the squaring effect of the movement of energy when it flows in the unity of love throughout the universe — that you will understand that in sacred union of One all is accessible, all is possible. It is possible because in this state of being you are joining with the nature of God, you are calling it unto yourself and allowing that divinity to flow through your very veins.

We come to talk and remind you of your year, for much has been accomplished by each of you individually, as Circle, and as planet. Take a moment to reflect on how you have shifted and what you have learned this year. It has not simply been about perseverance, about getting through, for that is not the purpose of human experience, and indeed there are very few planets throughout the galaxies where endurance is truly the quality and meaning of life, of existence. Reflect and celebrate your victories, the joy that you have found in things great and small. When we look at Earth, at your planet, at your preparedness to go forward, to join with your brothers and sisters of the universe, we do not look at the mere few who are called heads of state for that would be ludicrous as they are not representative of the whole of your planet, of humanity as you know it. What we look at is each of your hearts, at the collective whole that you form. We look at how you have placed yourselves upon Gabriel’s golden grid, at how you have induced and called in the diamond energy of the Mother, how you have placed this within your hearts, how you have expanded in love, and extended your minds and hearts to each other, and to those all over the planet.

Your meditations of peace are more important than ever, and we plead with you to continue. Yes, there has been a softening, a lack of understanding of the impact that these works have had. For each moment that you send the love and energy to those of your galaxy and planet universes change. Nothing is insignificant, not a smile or a tear, a gentle touch — so know this, and know that you have done much in this year. You have solidified this Circle and you have fortified your faith. It is faith that is the quality that will transform your planet — it is hope, it is laughter, it is not intrigue and war for that has never done anything except destroy morale, dreams, hope. So hold this flame of peace high, use the many gifts that have been bestowed upon you not only by this Council of Love but by God, and by each other. Of all of these gifts remember the violet flame of St. Germaine and when in doubt set yourself within this towering inferno that you may incinerate all that does not serve you and your planet, your brotherhoods and sisterhoods and this Federation. For you are one of us now.

I have taken you under my wing, I have mentored you, I have loved you, I have taken you as gentle child and shown you the way, not home to the stars, but to the heart of your beloved planet, where the dream of the Mother is born. This is gift unique. That is why we gather here on your planet — it is to witness the miracle. And the miracles are born in your heart every day. Your brothers Maitreya and Sananda walk the Earth with you, this is a miracle. You have not incinerated your planet by nuclear warheads, that is a miracle. A child is born in Bethlehem every year, and that is a miracle.

You enter a time that has never been known upon your Earth or elsewhere. This year your period of re-structuring, of repair of the Earth and those upon her truly begins. Do not pay attention to the wars other than to send grace and harmony; do not place your energies there. Place your energies upon the anchoring of peace within each and every square inch of your globe, within each atom of your being, and each atom of every person who walks the planet. It does not matter whether they are magenta, blue, indigo or rose - send them peace for this is the critical element that shifts the planet now. You are shielded but it is time for stepping forward now. Yes our messages, the messages of this Council of Love, are consistent. Know that each of you are being enticed, tempted, welcomed, embraced to be in the forefront of this new time. There has need to be not one voice crying in the wilderness but many voices singing in union, the same messages of Love. You are that voice. And for those of you who choose not to speak it is declared in your actions, in your eyes, in your peaceful quiet demeanor. Always you are witnessed. Even as you sit alone in your home, you are known, for truly never are you truly alone. This will be a year filled with trials as many of the ascended ones return and make themselves known. They will need your support and laughter, you love, your comaradeship, your fellowship. And yes they will make themselves known to you as well. It is a time of massive change upon your planet. No, never the Armageddon, for that was the dream of fools who did not understand the power of Love. It is the time of the unfoldment, it is the birth of the Mother — of compassion, of sweetness, of the gentle joy of the child, and we are with you throughout this birthing process. We are with you above and below. Understand we walk amongst you; we are not only in your trees and rocks. And yes you will know us as well - you have already begun. So my brothers and sisters of Earth, this day I give you not only your insignia but also my love, not only for the planet but for each of you. For each of you who have chosen to be human, and not so human, at this time, to be our ambassadors of good will upon Earth. Go in peace. Iesawa.

I am Yahweh. Welcome my children, my grandchildren, the spirits of my being. And you say to me Grandfather for many millenniums we have endured and we have awaited the promise, not of your wrath, not of your thundering rage and punishment, for my children you truly know my Love. But you say Grandfather when will we receive your promise of golden times, of new age of harmony and peace? My children, you do not wait to return to heaven to my side and heart, for this is the time that has been promised to my prophets, yes including Mohammed, Abraham and Moses. I am not your vengeful God, and that is why I have withdrawn, to allow the planet to emerge in her will and mankind to exercise my gift of free will. For understand Mother has given you Love and I have given you Will, and they have blended together in unique spiral of creation. It is time my children to create upon the Earth for the unfoldment of plan, of the promise, is that you can create. And that you will create. It is the realization and the recognition that you are of my loins, my heart, my mind and will, and that you are my creation. And in turn you will create the universe that you desire. I place my hand upon your shoulder that you will not loose your way that you will not go astray, that you will enjoy like a child playing with toys, paper, pen and crayons. Create your world.

Understand often we have suggested for you to write. There are many vehicles of communication. Language is one of the gifts to mankind. When you speak your intention of creation, you release it to me and to my universe. And it is air and it may travel, transpire, transmute and transubstantiate in many ways and eventually return to you. When you write, you are etching your creation in stone. Write your creation for your life and for your planet. Etch it on the tablets that I have given you, and they will stand as monument for the next thousand years. That is my gift of this New Year to my grandchildren, and that is my promise. You are my loved ones, farewell.
